Born in Athens, GA she was the daughter of Marvin Barber and Mae Julie Whitehead Sigmon and step daughter to Gene Sigmon. RaRa truly loved her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Lee Tapley; sister: Amy Moss; brothers: Scott Moss, Stacey Barber, Mike Barber, Mark Barber; special nieces: Tymber Moss, Skylar Moss; Jimmy Collingsworth who was like a father and special friends: Rita Hutchins and Rachel Powers and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 11AM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel. Interment will follow at Hill Haven Cemetery, Monroe, GA. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, October 20, 2010 at the funeral home.
