Phil Wilbanks, 47, died December 21, 2014.
A lifelong resident of this area, he was a son of Selma Vinson Green of Stephens and the late Roy Wilbanks. He retired from Heyward Allen Motor Company as a Master Nissan Technician and was currently enjoying his passion and hobby of building racecars at "Phil's Customs".
A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at 1:00 PM at 35 Bunk Howard Road, Stephens, GA 30667. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Survivors in addition to his mother include a brother, Sam (Wanda) Wilbanks; niece, Ashley Wilbanks, and Irene James.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
