Peggy Joyce Ward, 78, of Bogart passed away on June 13, 2020. Born on July 9, 1941 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Miller and John David Anchors.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Robert Ward; a son, Patrick James Ward; three sisters; and three brothers.
Survivors include her son, Michael (Melinda) Ward of Bogart; brother Al Anchors of Texas; and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Oconee Hill Cemetery at 2:00 pm with pastor Steve Severs officiating.
