Paula Jane Hunt Lunsford

Paula Jane (Hunt) Lunsford, 60, of Lexington, Georgia, passed away on December 22, 2024 following a brief illness.

After her graduation from Greenup County High School (Kentucky), Paula graduated from Anderson Area Medical Center School of Radiographic Technology in Anderson South Carolina, and has worked as a registered radiographic and mammography technologist since. She had a deep love for her profession, her colleagues, and patients. 

Paula was predeceased in death by her father, Virgil "Dale" Hunt of Greenup, Kentucky, her mother, Ida (Johnson) Melvin of Deering, Ohio, and her half-sister, Lois Ann Rowland of Ashland, Kentucky. 

She is survived by her daughter Jordan (Justin) Bentley, grandson, Wyatt, friends and her extended family members in Kentucky. 

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Lord and Stephens' Athens location on Lexington Road. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to a local animal shelter.
