Athens - Patricia Slaton, 66, of Athens died Friday, November 21, 2014. Born in Gadsden Alabama to the late Troy and Mattie Lou Pitts, Patricia is also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Slaton and brothers Richard Dale and Troy Euguene Slaton.
She is survived by her children; William Finley (Brenda), Billy Finley (Lisa), Misty McClain (Scott), Jason White, Monti Bennett, and Cejay Darsey, sister Rebecca Pitts, grandchildren; Robert Darsey, Alfred Darsey, Lacy Finley, Jessica Finley, Chase Finley, Will Finley, Ayden Aziz, Ella Louise Head, Landen Gray, and Kirsten McClain, and expected great grandchild Mila Finley.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
