Watkinsville, GA - Patricia Ann LaPoint, 77, formerly of Syracuse, NY, died peacefully with loved ones beside her Thursday, April 16, 2009.
Her devotion to the Catholic Church, volunteer work at St. Joseph's Hospital, American Cancer Society, and membership in the Altar Rosary Society filled her days. Pat was an extremely compassionate and kind person to every one who crossed her path. All who know her will always have a piece of her in their heart.
Pat is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Edward LaPoint; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Kay and Michael Alden of Watkinsville, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Terry LaPoint of Syracuse, NY; eight grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi, Bridgeport, NY, where Pat and Ed attended.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, Bogart, GA is in charge of arrangements.
