Athens - Patricia Ann Bobon, 68, died April 27, 2007.
A native of Bellfontaine, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Georgia Wortman Burton, and the widow of Benigno Lecaros Bobon, M.D.
Mrs. Bobon was a registered nurse and was formerly employed with Charter Winds in Athens, GA and most recently at Peachford Hospital, Dunwoody, GA. Her life was dedicated to helping others.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday from noon until service time.
Survivors include four children, Rosemarie Bobon Banks of Conyers, Dr. Ben B. Bobon of Suwanee, William Bobon and Catherine J. Bobon, both of Athens; six siblings, Gail Harman, George William Burton, Richard Burton, Bonnie Fogle, Steven Michael Burton, and Benjamin Burton, all of Ohio; four grandchildren, Brian Banks (seventeen years), Nicole Bobon (thirteen years), Benjamin Bobon (eleven years), and Andrew Bobon (six years).
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
