Colbert - Oliver Brantley Carter, 78, of Colbert, died May 31, 2011. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 4, at the Lord & Stephens Chapel, in Danielsville, with the Rev. Barry Black officiating. There will be a private burial. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 3, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Anchor Bible Church (P.O.
