Nellie Sue Stewart Self, 86, died October 8, 2010.
A native of Watkinsville, GA, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Susie Mae Arthur Pritchett and was preceded in death by two husbands, George Stewart and Homer Ray Self.
Private services will be held.
Survivors include four children, Barbara Stewart, Sandra Stewart, George W. Stewart and Richard A. Stewart, Sr.; sister, Shirley McEver; six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
