Nell Skinner Pinson, 82, of Hull, died July 19, 2006.
A native of Oconee County, she was a daughter of the late Gordon Cleveland and Essie Medlin Skinner, and was the widow of Ollive R. Pinson. Mrs. Pinson was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. She was a longtime member of Forest Heights Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 21, 2006, at 11:00 AM at Forest Heights Baptist Church with Revs. Mike Purdy and Jerry Varnado officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda C. Pinson of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, sons and daughters-in-law, Larry R. (Anita C.) Pinson of Nicholson, Lane (Karla) Pinson of Athens and their daughter, Melanie Pinson of Athens; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn (Dwayne) Bryant of Hull, and their children, Andy (Melanie) Bryant of Nicholson and Michelle Bryant of Hull; two brothers, Ed Skinner and Sam Skinner, both of Athens; two sisters, Virginia Fortson of Winder and Joanne Williams of Athens; a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
