Nazzareno J. Paloni, 65, died Wednesday, December 28, 2011.
A native of Wilmington, Delaware, he was the son of the late Nazzareno J. Paloni, Sr. and Dominica Paoletti Paloni. He was a parishioner of St. Josephs Catholic Church, Athens, GA as well as a small business owner in Athens, GA. Nazz was a past president of the American Mushroom Institute.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Paloni, children: Peter and wife, Karen Paloni of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Chrissa Paloni of Boca Raton, FL, Amanda and husband, Wilton Graves of Athens, GA; sister: Louise Greene of Wilmington, DE; brother: Ronald Paloni of Wilmington, DE; grandchildren: Julia and Alex Paloni, Wilton and Ellie Graves.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, December 31, 2011 at the family residence, 110 Wesley Drive, Athens, GA 30605 beginning at 3PM.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Athens, GA.
