Athens, GA - Murline Woods, 77, a resident of Athens Heritage Home for the past 9 years, died June 26, 2008.
Born in Oglethorpe County, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Catherine Goolsby Woods and was preceded in death by a sister, Leona Norton.
Funeral services will be Sunday, June 29, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, WEST with Rev. Randy Crowe officiating. Interment will be in Arnoldsville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kent Hicks, Taylor Hicks, Todd Roper, Alex Huff, Wendell Dawson and Charles Malcom.
Survivors include her sisters, Betty Huff of Watkinsville and JoAnn Black of Hull and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM.
