Molly Lucille McCarver (Allen)

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Molly Lucille McCarver, 39, of Nicholson, Ga, who left us on June 13, 2024, after a courageous battle with opioid addiction. Molly was a beacon of love, resilience, and unwavering support to everyone who knew her.

Molly leaves behind her devoted wife, Laarni McCarver; her beloved children, Tony “TJ” Hitchcock Jr. and Kaylynn Hitchcock; her cherished sisters, Helen Allen, Jennifer “Nute” Crowe, and Tammy Gregory; several nieces and nephews; her puppies, Maggie Sue and Charlie; her sisters in law, Shardae McCarver and Christina McCarver; mother in-law, Corazon McCarver and father in-law, Allen McCarver. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Aubry Allen and Jennifer Helen Allen and her dear furbabies, Cupcake and Cookie.

Molly’s journey was marked by her remarkable strength and her dedication to helping others find their way. In the recovery community, she was a powerful force, openly sharing her own struggles and victories to inspire and uplift those around her. Her work with Acceptance Recovery Center was not just a job; it was her life’s mission. She poured her heart into supporting those battling addiction, offering hope and a guiding hand to countless individuals.

Those who knew Molly will remember her for her vibrant spirit and the warmth she brought into every room. She had an incredible ability to make everyone feel valued and loved. Her genuine kindness and dedication to service have left an indelible mark on all our lives.

As we remember Molly, we celebrate her life and the legacy she leaves behind. She taught us the power of resilience and the importance of community. Her spirit will continue to inspire us, and her memory will forever live in our hearts.

A funeral service to honor Molly’s beautiful life will be held at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, West Chapel; her viewing is on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 4pm-6pm and service is on Sunday June 23, 2024 at 2pm. Her family requests that everyone wear pink or purple (no black) to honor her favorite colors. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a fund set up for her children, TJ and Kaylynn, to support their future needs and ensure they have the opportunities Molly always dreamed for them.
