Arnoldsville - Minnie Lou Callaway Ogle, 83, died Sunday, February 19, 2006 at Quiet Oaks Health Care Center.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Jim C. and Ellie Helton Callaway. She was also preceded in death by her children; Sandra Ogle and David Franklin Ogle, Sr. and brothers and sisters; Thelma Tucker, Montene Tucker, Mack Callaway, Ervin Callaway, Paul Callaway and Methie Shelnutt. She was a member of Grove Chapel Church and had volunteered at Quiet Oaks. Minnie was an outgoing and giving person.
Survivors include her son, Mike Ogle of Arnoldsville, daughter, Linda Joyce Oldham of Arnoldsville, sister, Mamie Ogle of Winterville, brothers, George Callaway of Comer and James Callaway of Greenwood, SC, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2PM, Wednesday, Grove Chapel Church with Pastors Mark Palmer and Raymond Duncan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Meadows, Michael Ogle, Frankie Ogle, Daniel Oldham, Charles Oldham and Chris Oldham.
