Mindy Ruth Gabriel

Athens, GA - Mindy Ruth Gabriel, 42, died October 8, 2011.
A native of Athens, she was the daughter of George William Gabriel of Crawford and Susan Weatherly Davidson of Winterville. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Chester and Sara Weatherly and James Crawford and Lois Gabriel. She was a member of Sonlight Baptist Church. Mindy will always be remembered for her kindness, her giving nature and her love to others.
Survivors in addition to her mother and father include her husband, William Crudup, Sr; sons, William Crudup, Jr. and James Crudup; brother, Bryan William Gabriel of Winterville; sisters, Brooke Hull of Winterville and Jenny Chavez of Jefferson; grandmother, Clara Anthony of Comer and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Sonlight Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Palmer officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Justin Barnett, Joseph Underwood, David Crudup, Wayne Perry, Yoma Neal, Dan Gabriel, Gary Lowen, & Kevin Gilbride.
Flowers are accepted. If you so desire, contributions may be made to Lymphedema Lighthouse.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
