Milford Alvin Thomas, 66, died November 27, 2015.
A native of Athens, he was a son of the late Jack and Lurling Jones Thomas. Mr. Thomas retired from The Dickerson Group and was of the Baptist faith.
Memorial services will be Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 1:30 at Bible Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 until service time.
Survivors include his lifelong companion, Lois Bales; two daughters, Tammy (Mark) Kelley and Tina Thomas; stepchildren, Buck Bales, Doris Duncan, Wayne Bales and Terry Bales; brother, Albert Thomas; sister, Mildred Thomas; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans Hospital, Augusta, GA.
The family may be reached at the residence of Lois Bales, 5737 Jot em down Road, Danielsville, GA 30633.
