Mildred Lois (Wilbanks) Patton

Mildred Lois Wilbanks Patton,87, of Bogart passed away on Monday June 28, 2021. Born on May 22, 1934, she was the daughter of the late James Otha Wilbanks and Alma Farmer Wilbanks.

Mildred was a hardworking, persistent woman of Methodist faith. She enjoyed being on the go, traveling specifically to the beach or mountains and loved to shop.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John William Patton; siblings, Kathleen Sexton, Earnest Wilbanks.

Survivors include her son, Johnny Patton (Carole); grandchildren, Brad Patton (Kyrie), Melissa Rowland (Clint); 7 great grandchildren; brother, Willie Wilbanks; many nieces.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Memorial Park with Chaplain Dennis Duck officiating. The family will receive friends the evening prior from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, West, Watkinsville.
