Crawford - Mildred Mower, 90, died Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Lord & Stephens East is in charge of arrangements.
Born and raised in Henry County, she was the daughter of William and Althea Bowden. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Marvin Standard and John Mower, 12 brothers and sisters, one daughter Carole Gillen, one granddaughter, Vickie Wolford, one grandson, Gary Ward and one great great grandson Connor Payne.
Funeral services were held June 18, 2011 at Crawford Baptist Church.
She is survived by Rodney Standard of Crawford, GA, Judy Gillen (Barry Whitlock) of Lexington, GA, Tony Standard (Bonnie) of Jackson, GA, Richard Mower of Cleveland, OH, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requested, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the favorite charity or church in her memory.
