Michael F. Marker, 76, died August 2, 2018, in his home surrounded by his wife Bonnie and their children. Michael was a graduate of Johnson's Trade School in Scranton, PA and attended Penn State University before enlisting in the US Navy. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict and remained an avid supporter of veteran affairs and charities. In 1982, Michael and Bonnie relocated to Lilburn, GA where they lived for 32 years, raising three children. Michael retired from Toshiba America Medical in 2016 after 34 years of dedicated service. Magic, as he was known to his friends, enjoyed playing a round of golf on Sundays, had a passion for model trains and vintage cars, and never passed up on an opportunity to visit with his grandchildren. Survivors in addition to his wife include three children: Michael Sean (Cindy) Marker of Snellville, Erin (Scott) Beaver of Watkinsville, Kelly (Chris) Frye of Atlanta: seven grandchildren: Taylor, Carson, Savannah, Evan, Knox, Ryan and Ford.
