Maurisa Sellers Damons, 9, passed away August 28, 2009.
A native of LaGrange, GA, she was a daughter of Suzanne Sellers and Daniel Damons. She was a student at Jefferson Elementary School and attended the Kingdom Hall in Jefferson. She will be remembered as a friendly and sweet little angel who never met a stranger.
Funeral services will be Sunday, August 30, 2009 at 5:00 PM at Fairfield Baptist Church, Statham. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 3:00 PM until service time.
Survivors in addition to her parents include three sisters, Mysterri Maxwell Damons, Mary LaShaun Damons and Haley Damons; brother, Bryan Austin Sellers; grandmother, Barbara Ann Sellers Hughes; grandfather, Freddie Gene Damons; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Cousins and uncles will serve as pallbearers. Nieces will serve as flower girls.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
