Mattie Belle (Carson) Miller

Mattie Belle Carson Miller, 89, died September 10, 2012.
A native of Oconee County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Nona Smith Carson. She retired from Henson Garment Company and was a member of Bishop United Methodist Church. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, James Odell Miller, Sr., son, James Odell Miller, Jr. and son-in-law, Robert H. Bradberry.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Oconee Chapel with Rev. Robert Patridge officiating. Interment will be in Bishop Cemetery.
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Miller Bradberry of Madison, GA; granddaughter, Teresa Stanfill of Pasadena, Maryland; great granddaughter, Beth (Matt) Pittard of Hull, GA; great-great granddaughter, Mattie Pittard.
Pallbearers will be Mike Brooks, Fred Brooks, Charles Bennett, Harvey Hester, Steve Stanfill and James Savage.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
