Mary Helen Moody

Mary Helen Moody, 90, wife of the late Evis Dillard Moody, died on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Born in Lexington, GA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel L. Woods and Frances Norman Woods and brother to the late Wallace and Sammy Woods. Mrs. Moody was a homemaker and had worked for Georgia Sports Ware in Lexington. Survivors include her son: Mike (Emily) Moody of Starr, SC; brother: James (Yvonne) Woods; sister: Martha Bridges; grandchildren: Derrek (Ashley) Moody and Andrea Moody and three great grandchildren: Evan, Emily and Gracie. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 3:30PM at Clark Cemetery, Lexington, GA. The family will receive friends from 2PM until 3PM at the funeral home.
