Mary Ellen Bell, 54, died Sunday, June 17, 2012.
Born in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Harry Cecil and Mary Virginia Bell Collins. She was of the Baptist Faith and had attended Bogart Baptist Church and most recently Cleveland Road Baptist Church. She was a nursing assistant at St. Mary's Hospital as well as various other medical facilities.
Survivors include her son; Justin Lee Roberts; brother: Sandy Bell; sisters: Celia Bell Wortham, Betty Keen; Justin's father; Rodney Steve Roberts and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. Ted Tedder and Rev. D.R. Randall officiating. Burial will follow at Bogart Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Lord & Stephens West Chapel.
