Marvin Kenneth Sims

Marvin Kenneth Sims, 91, husband of the late Dorothy Hazel Barnett Sims, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at his residence. Born in Watkinsville, GA, he was the son of the late Oren Sims and Mary Lee Ashley Sims and was also preceded in death by one son, a daughter and four sisters. He retired from the US Air Force. Survivors include two children: Janice Kay Sims and Terry (Vicki) Sims; six grandchildren: Jason, Dean, Matt, Nick, Deanna and Randy and eight great grandchildren.  A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 11AM at Farmington Cemetery.
