Marvin James "butch" Giles

Marvin James "Butch" Giles, 57 of Watkinsville died July 6, 2010. A native and life long resident of Watkinsville, Mr. Giles was a son of the late Albert and Nattie Mae Griffith Giles. He was employed by AmeriPride Uniform Services for a number of years. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Giles was preceded in death by his parents a son Marvin James Giles, Jr. and a brother Tom Giles. Graveside services will be held on Thursday July 8, 2010 at 10:00 am at Huff Cemetery. The family will receive friends on July 7, 2010 at Lord and Stephens West from 6-8.
Survivors include his daughters Kay Benton, Mary Bowen and Ellen Marshall, son Bobby Giles. Brothers Marion Giles, Charles Giles, Sisters Mary Bradshaw, Alma Jean Bradshaw Alberta Ashley and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.
