Mark Stephen Pierce

Mark Stephen Pierce, 69, died on January 6, 2024 at his residence.

Born in Cherry Point, NC, he was the son of the late John Lewis Pierce and Marjorie Schade Pierce. Mark was the former owner and operator of Pierce & Associates General Contractors and was currently self employed as a Catastrophic Insurance Adjuster.

Survivors include his wife; Tamara Pierce; daughters: Autumn (Elliot) Febus and Samantha (Luke) Bishop; siblings: John (Jenny) Pierce and Mary (Jack) Shepherd and five grandchildren that he adored: John Luke Bishop, Samuel Bishop, Anna Kate Bishop, Cooper Febus and Rylee Febus.

A memorial service celebrating Mark’s life will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 3PM at Lord and Stephens West Chapel with Pastor Carlos Sibley officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2PM until 3PM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter.
