Athens - Mark Darrell Duffell, 25, died August 6, 2005.
A native and lifelong resident of this area, he was a son of Darrell Duffell of Athens, and the late Rebecca Clark Duffell. His grandparents, Fred Clark and Mr. and Mrs. George Duffell, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Rev. Jim Peterson will officiate. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors in addition to his father include two brothers, Michael Duffell and Matthew Duffell, both of Athens; grandmother, Evelyn Clark of Athens; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Duffell, William Teddrick, Ryan McNeeley, Kevin Roach, Kenneth Roach and Ronnie Vaughn.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
