Marjorie Joanne Kelly, 77, died August 6, 2006.
Born in Richwood, OH, she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Ethel Fox Pettey. She made her home in Arnoldsville since 1980, where she and her husband owned and operated Cherokee Farm. They were well known in the area for their produce, especially their outstanding tomatoes. Mrs. Kelly was very loving and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her husband, James Kelly; children, Ruth Ann Claypool of Ocala, FL, Pennie Lynn Bearley of Palm Coast, FL and Thomas Martin Claypool of CT; 2 brothers, Don Pettey of OH and Jim Pettey of Austell; 4 grandchildren and nephew, Freddy Pettey.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
Lord and Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements.
