Marjorie Ann Hobbs

Marjorie “Marge” Hobbs, 91, passed into eternal life on September 3, 2021.

She was a graduate of Florida State University, the mother of Doug and Susan, grandmother of ten and great-grandmother of one. She loved family, flowers, cooking, music, bowling, and being with friends. She was a longtime member of the University of Georgia Women’s Club and several bowling leagues. She worked in real estate in the Athens area for over thirty years and delighted in finding the best home for her clients.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 25, at Lord and Stephens, East from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Masks and social distancing will be required. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
