Bethlehem , GA - Marion Plogh, 79, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospice House, Bogart , GA.
Born in Silvis , IL , she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Maria DeGreave Verplaetse. She worked for International Harvester and retired after 25 years from Bandag. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather: Lester Sandhouse; sister and brother in law: Alice and Lindy Hawkins; brother and sister in law: Walter and Pasty Verplaetse and brothers in law: Maurice Debo, Harold Sandersfeld and Edward Tietz.
Survivors include her husband John "Jack" Plogh; children: Michele Plogh of Logan, Utah, Barbara (Jose) Ramirez of Bethlehem, GA, Michael Plogh of Bethlehem, GA, Roger Plogh of Greer, SC; sister: Dorothy Debo of Rockford, IL; sister in law: Marion Tietz of Rutledge, GA; four grandchildren: Thomas and Tyler Ramirez and Meighan and Morgan Plogh and one great granddaughter, Aja Smith.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 18, 2010 at 1PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel.
