Athens. GA - Margie Mixon Giusto, 81, died December 13, 2007.
A native of Coosawhatchie, SC, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Edna Smith Mixon. She moved to this area from Beaufort, SC, where she was a member of Praise Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by a son, Daniel J. Giusto and sister, Louise Skeliche.
Graveside services will be Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Athens Memory Gardens with Rev. Kevin Burgess and Pastor Mark Northcutt officiating.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Giusto; four children, John D. (June) Giusto of Beaufort, SC, Sandra (Vic) Thomas of Athens, GA, Stephen V. (Beth) Giusto of Conover, NC, and Susan M. (Robert) Giusto of Athens, GA; sister, Marcia Dempsey of Athens, GA; twelve grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1925 Century Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30345.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
