Margaret Witcher Yarbrough, age 82, passed away Friday, August 4, 2006 in Athens, GA.
She was born October 8, 1923 in Elbert County, Georgia to the late Jacob and Sula Dunn Witcher. She was preceded in death by her husband; James Thomas Yarbrough, Two brothers; Walton and Billy Colquitt. She was retired from Thomas Textile Mill and a Member of Whitehall Baptist Church in Watkinsville.
Services will be Monday, August 7, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Lord and Stephens - East with the Rev. Buford Lockman officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include her four children; Peggy and Robert Lowe of Gainesville, Linda Daniel of Athens, Wayne and Sharon Yarbrough of Alexandria, LA., and Terry and Anne Marie Yarbrough of Commerce. One Sister; Wadine Griffith of Crawford and one brother; Troy Colquitt of Elberton. Ten Grandchildren and Twelve Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
