February 11, 1921 — June 13, 2014

Margaret (Peggy) Mokler died on June 13, 2014 from complications of an auto accident in 2013. Peggy was born February 11, 1921 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to John J. and Mary Stanton Costello. She was preceded in death by her brothers John S., Thomas F., William T. and James F. Costello. Peggy attended Colorado College and the University of Nevada where she earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree.
She joined the Navy Waves in 1942 and spent her Navy days at the Receiving Station, Boston, and the Naval Air Stations in Hawaii and Corpus Christi. She worked for many years as a Customer Service Representative for the Internal Revenue Service in Athens.
