Margaret Condrey Adair

Margaret Condrey Adair, age 89, of 720 Glenn Carrie Road, died Thursday, October 24, 2013.

Margaret was the daughter of the late Joseph Erwin and Ida Gwen Condrey of Spartanburg, SC. She was also preceded in death by her husband: George N. Adair; sister: Frances C. McMillian; brother: Joe Condrey, granddaughters: Dixie Adair Tuberville, Margo Mullins Moon; grandson: Matthew Adair and great grandson: Hunter Tuberville.

Affectionately known as "Big Mama", Mrs. Adair truly loved her family and will be missed by those who knew her. Margaret was a member of Hull Baptist Church, where she worked for many years with the children in Sunday School and Training Union. She was retired from the Hull Post Office with 23 years of service.

Survivors include her three children: Terry (Vicky) Adair of Hull, Nancy (Bill) Jervis of Hull, Donna (Danny) Erwin of Vesta; three grandchildren: Ashley Mullins, Cory Adair and Adair Erwin; two great granddaughters: Megan (Justin) Sorrow, Kayla Petty and great great grandson: Braxton and Bryson Sorrow; step grandsons: Darren and Peter Jervis and her caregivers: Mary Hix and Carrrie Gibson.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 1PM at Hull Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Randy Crowe officiating.

The family requests that memorials be directed to Hull Baptist Church Perpetual Care Cemetery Fund.
