Marian Lynne Patton, 47, of Athens, passed away at her home on January 09, 2012.
Mrs. Patton was born in Athens, GA to Marion and Ethelyn McCannon Patton on May 21, 1964.
She was administrator with some of the area's nursing homes. Mrs. Patton is preceded in death by her parents; she is survived by her finance Jon Michael Crowell; brother and sister in law William (Bill) and Robin Patton; niece Lauren Patton, as well as a host of other relatives. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 6:00 until 9:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 3:00 PM with the Rev. Ronald Maynard officiating. The family has asked that memorial donations be made to the Helping Hand Food Ministry at Living Word Baptist Church.
