Comer - Louise Jeanell Howard, 67, wife of the late Marcellous Howard, Sr., died Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at her residence.
Born in Comer, she was the daughter of the late Monroe and Minnie Lou Gaines Arnold. She was a very active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Danielsville, where she was known as the "Hat Lady". She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include her sons; Marcellous Howard, Sr. of Savannah, Sean Saylors of Comer; daughter: Loretta Stevens of Comer; sisters: Sarah Howard of Oglethorpe, Virginia Grant of Comer, Ruby Foust of Comer, Leatrice Barnett of Colbert; brother: Julius Arnold of Colbert; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 1PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Danielsville.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Lord & Stephens, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
