Louise Simpson Berrong, 93, of Danielsville, left this world on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 and entered the kingdom of heaven.

Born in Siloam, Georgia, Mrs. Berrong was preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Oscar Franklin Berrong and daughter Frankie. She was a Registered Nurse and dedicated her life to the service of others. Mrs. Berrong enjoyed gardening, flowering and propagating different trees and plants. Honing this skill allowed her to care and nurture, as only she could; as well as spend time surrounded by creation. She was a devoted member of Commerce Presbyterian Church where she attended church services, Sunday School, and Bible Study. Mrs. Berrong loved her family and thrived on time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons, Dale Berrong and Gary Berrong; three grandchildren, Angela, Kathryn and Kenneth; as well as six great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be Friday, February 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Upper Hightower Church Cemetery in Hiawassee, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, donations to her beloved Commerce Presbyterian Church: 89 Lakeview Drive, Commerce, GA 30529.
