Lougenia Huff Peck, 81,of Watkinsville, died October 20, 2005.
Born in Elbert County, she was the daughter of the late Dayton and Lillian Miller Huff. She was a longtime resident of Oconee County and was employed with Wellington Puritan for 35 years. Mrs. Peck was a member of Freeman Creek Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 22, 2005 at 3:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, WEST with Revs. Charles Giles, Durrell Rice and Hoyt Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Farmington Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Turner, Jerry Peck, Kenneth Peck, Heath Dickens, Greg Peck, Jimmy Dickens, Chris Peck, Max Peck, Byron Whitehead, J.A. Peck and Gene Peck.
Survivors include her husband, Archer Peck; sister, Minnie Turner of Bogart and brother, James Huff of Winterville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
