Lois A. Janson

Lois Anne Janson, 77, of Watkinsville, died June 30, 2012.
A native of Yonkers, N.Y., she also lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for over 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Thomas C. Janson.
Survivors include her son, Thomas Janson, of Weston, Conn.; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Richard Rechin, of Buford; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Dawn Janson, of Weston, Fla.; and daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Norm Stites, of Statham; seven grandchildren: Jeremy Janson, Conner Janson, Brad Rechin, Corey Janson, Alyssa Janson, Chad Stites, and Sara Stites; and two great-grandchildren: Landon Rechin and Quinn Marie Rechin.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 5, at the chapel of Lord & Stephens West.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Lord & Stephens Funeral Home West, Bogart, is in charge of arrangements.
