Lois Janet (Rogers) Gordon

Lois Rogers Gordon, 92, wife of the late Hal Gordon, died Saturday, December 24, 2011.
Born in Danielsville, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Bethel Gordon Rogers. She retired from Athens General as a nurse. She was a member of Gordon's Chapel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son: Kent Gordon of Conyers; sister: Mary Baker of Athens; one grandchild, two great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 26, 2011 at 3PM at Gordon's Chapel United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Lord and Stephens East is charge of arrangements.
