Lois Ann Booth age 72 died Sunday September 22, 2013. A native of Jackson Co. Mrs. Booth was the daughter of the late Leroy Lincoln and Mary Agnes Smith Cowart. Mrs. Booth was the wife of the late Daniel Booth and was preceded in death by siblings Ruby Scogin and Bobby Cowart. Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 25, 2013 at Brown Chapel, Danielsville at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. Rev. Buford Lockman will officiate. Survivors include children; Rita (Mike) Booth Free, Lisa (Kenny) Smith, Gary Daniel (Lisa) Booth; Siblings; Roy, Charles, Gene, and Benny Cowart, Louise Whitehead, Elouise Whitehead, Naomie Casey, Cora Crockett, Faye Horne, and Velma Cowart; Grandchildren; Chris (Kylie) Streetman, Bradley (Danielle) Free, Hannah (Drew) Griffeth, Addie Smith, Gary Daniel Booth II, Erin Maxwell, and Jared Dove; Great Grandchildren; Kellan Streetman, Judson Free, and Andrea Maxwell. Pallbearers will be Bradley Free, Chris Streetman, Gary Daniel Booth II, Jason Lewis, Jared Dove, Richard Whitehead, Drew Griffeth, and Brady Whitehead. The family will receive friends from 6-9pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Brown Chapel, Danielsville has charge of arrangements.
