Athens - Lois Biesinger, 80, died February 11, 2006.
A native and longtime resident of Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Bertha Anderson Parlier and widow of William Frederick Biesinger. She was a longtime registered nurse at Wilmington General Hospital. Following her retirement, she moved to The Villages, Lady Lake, Florida.
Survivors include her sons, Thomas W. of Athens, GA and Frederick A. of Cheriton, VA; sister, Marion Platt; 5 brothers, Sam Parlier, Bob Parlier, Donald Parlier, Fred Parlier and Jimmy Parlier; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, WEST is in charge of arrangements.
