Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of Robert Cotton (Sandra) and Mollie Haynes Kohl. She was a mail carrier.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her husband, Tony Shubert; children, Mallory Farmer, Katie Farmer, Ashley Shubert, Candace Shubert and Tanner Shubert; and four grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Lord and Stephens Danielsville Chapel with Rev. Tony Lee officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
