Linda Jane Chase

Linda Jane Chase, 74, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022.

A lifelong resident of Athens, she was a daughter of the late James Roy Seagraves, Sr. and Dessie Mae Williams Seagraves. Mrs. Chase was a member of Restoration Apostolic Church and she retired from Athens Regional Medical Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Bournie and David Malcolm and her brothers, Halford Seagraves, James Roy Seagraves, Jr. and Larry Seagraves.

Survivors include her sons, Chuck Malcolm (Cindy) and Jeff Malcolm (Becky); siblings, Hershelene Vickery, Betty Smith, Val Tyner and Trudy Evans; grandchildren, Chas, Paige, Lindsy, Casey, Ty, Kelsey, Shay and Destiny.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, East. Interment will follow at Athens Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
