Athens, GA - Lillie Belle Maxwell Seabolt, 89, went to be with the Lord on March 11, 2007.
She was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Maxwell and the widow of Lewis Seabolt of Athens.
Mrs. Seabolt is survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Janelle Maxwell of Blairsville, Edna Seabolt of Watkinsville, Cora Seabolt of Winterville and brother-in-law, Wilbur Seabolt of Winterville. Her host of friends are many and mourn her loss.
Mrs. Seabolt was employed at Thomas Textile for 58 years, retiring in 1990. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, EAST with Revs. Ben Glosson and Joel C. Dover officiating. Interment will be in Oconee Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Marcus, Len Hardigree, Wayne Moore, Jimmy Stokes, Donnie Ingram and Wayne Pettyjohn.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
