Dr. Leonard Roy Shenton, 104, of Athens died Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Born in England, Dr. Shenton served in the Royal Air Force during World War II. Dr. Shenton retired Professor Emeritus at the University of Georgia. He is survived by close friends April Shead and Kermit Hutcheson.
