Colbert - Laura Jean Perry, 78, died Tuesday, June 13, 2006. Born in Clay, NY,she was the daughter of the late William and Laura Baxter Elsey and widow of Marvin B. Perry. A longtime resident of Syracuse, NY, she was retired Senior Secretary for the School of Education, Syracuse University.
A memorial service will be 3:00p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at Colbert United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Haralson officiating.
Mass will be said at 11:00 AM, June 27, 2006 at St. John's Catholic Church, Soule Road, Liverpool, NY. Father Pedzich will officiate.
Survivors include her son, John Perry (Diane) of Colbert; sister, Doris Abbey, brother, Clayton Elsey and grandchildren, Rachel and Briana.
