Laura Nell Ivie Alarcon, 44, died Monday, November 14, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospital.
She was born September 5, 1961 in Dallas, TX, to Shelby Jordan and Ferrell J. Ivie. She was name after her grandmother Mary Nell Passino. She was employed at Dye Sheet Metal, Inc. for sixteen years. She was a member of the Rusty Wallace Fan Club. Known as NaNa to her grandchildren, she was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister.
She was survived by her daughter and son in law, Katina Renee Mashburn-Huth and Brian Huth of Danielsville, son, Christopher Michael Farmer of Winterville, maternal grandmother, Mary N. Passino of Nicholson, brothers and sister in law, Wesley Ferrell and Doris K. Ivie of Nicholson, Jon Timothy Ivie of St. Petersburg, FL, sister, Cynthia Ivie of Winterville, Suzanne Jordan of Winterville, grandchildren, Jonathan Bellew, Gabriel Huth, Madeline Huth and Cameron Farmer.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 18, 2005 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens East Chapel with Rev. Russell Cash officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Winterville Cemetery.
Flowers will be accepted.
