Winterville - Kevin J. Mink, 37, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Born in Arlington, VA, he was the son of Joe F. and Victoria "Betty" Mink of Wilmington, VA. Kevin received his BA in Comparative Literature in 2007 and recently received his Masters degree in Secondary English Education, both from the University of Georgia.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his sister, Victoria Mink of Newport, NC, fiancée, Samantha Zeiser of Winterville, GA.
A memorial gathering will be held at the residence they shared in Winterville on March 26, beginning at 11 o'clock.
