Kenneth Cunningham

October 7, 1946 — August 22, 2015

On Saturday, August 22, 2015, Ken received his ultimate healing when he left this earth to live with his heavenly Father. Ken had received two heart transplants, the most recent in 2009. He loved southern gospel music and has sung in several groups over past years as well as his home church. Even with health issues he remained positive and was a great inspiration to others. He will be greatly missed.

Ken was a son of the late Mary Elizabeth Elder and James David Cunningham and was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Cunningham.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Interment will follow at Whitehall Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
